My job is to make sure you feel comfortable sharing personal, business and creative obstacles and goals with me.

I combine my experience as a creative coach, with my expertise in Psychology and my skills as a creative business owner and entrepreneur.

I don’t believe in off-the-peg solutions. All my clients are unique people and I will work with you to create specially designed steps for growth, success and better work-life blend.

Coaching is a collaborative and supportive relationship that focuses on transforming your work and life.

It is up to you to decide what you want from coaching. I will create a space where you can communicate freely and honestly.

I will be open, accepting and empathetic to how you are thinking and feeling. I will give you hope, optimism and practical strategies when you need it. Our coaching work will be completely confidential.

The sessions.

Through a series of 60-90 min 1:1 sessions every 2-4 weeks, I will help you get clarity on what you want from your work and life.

In our sessions we will explore the issues you are facing and find the strategies for overcoming the obstacles standing in your way.

We will set clear goals that excite you and will use your true strengths to create a better work-life blend that really fulfils you.

Booking Sessions

To get the best out of coaching I recommend booking a package of 90 minute sessions, spread out over 3-6 months, depending on how you want to work together. We can have sessions in person or by video platform. We keep things going in-between sessions with email, messages and telephone chats.
